I can’t tell you guys how incredibly awesome this is. Thank you SO much! <3
I’m glad you’ve come to the library. Take your time, and become acquainted with the series.
Mr. Perry, I have been reading Gold Digger since the first issue of the color series, and have loved EVERY issue. I’ve picked up every issue I could find, along with Bricks to lend to friends, the first GD-Rom and the animated series that you created. Gold Digger is the only printed comic series that I still collect to this day. Your art, humor, and storytelling ability are among the finest I’ve known.
This library of back issues is a tremendous gift to your fans, and I thank you. Now I can carry my favorite comic series with me wherever I go, on my phone or tablet, and can show friends and family whenever the topic comes up.
Keep up the wonderful work, and I will always look forward to picking up the next issue!
It’s here for anyone to become familiar with Gold Digger. Hopefully this will encourage more folks to subscribe, or ask for the series from your local retailer?
Great job on all the comics!!!! Just wondering how did you get the idea to give Gina a plunger gun?
Gina needed a grappling line that could be used on the flat surfaces of the tomb she was exploring. It sort of stuck with her from that issue on.
I see, sorry for the late reply. Did Gina ever use the gun as a way to capture or save someone? Just wondering.
Ok, So one week ago, I was alerted to “Gold Digger” by an online comic I read called “Grrl Power” and As of today, I have just finished reading every last available issue. I will be getting them in print, and I will cherish them. This series from chapter one had me hooked, laughing all the way as I was reeled in through the chapters. There is an amazing sense of depth to this series, with things going on that we could only imagine about in the background when we catch glimpses of those moments in the story. Every time I think I have a head in what is going on, I’m thrown off course in the most exciting of fashions, and every time I THINK I have a piece of the puzzle, it just adds more intriguing questions to be answered. I am in awe and admiration of your story and l hope to read more as I have my local comic shop order me the rest of this series as soon as it comes out!
An admiring fan, C.J. Moore
I am immensely glad that this site was created! I have been a big fan of the Gold Digger sisters since the first issue I picked up. The characters are amazing, the numerous adventures they have, the plots that have me laughing myself sick in one issue then have me crying my eyes out in the next, everything just keeps having me coming back for more. Even though I am trying to complete my Gold Digger Gold Brick/Platinum collection I am so glad I can read the issues I am currently missing so I can better understand what is going on and what has happened. Again, thanks for enabling us–your fans–to continue reading your fabulous series
Never before has a creator gone to such lengths to share his work with the world…
God Bless Fred and all the Antarctic Press Staff.
I couldn’t resist commenting, Many thanks a whole lot for sharing!
I really , really enjoy this comic series ever since I first came across this on Xbox 360 of the first 7-8 issues on downloadable content when a friend of mine introduced me to this, then I looked online a few months later I first just wanted to learn more about this series and now I almost read the whole 199 issues of gold digger.
I was going to do a 20 dollar donation, but it wouldn’t let my disposable visa card work, and I hadn’t spent it on anything yet at the time but now I can’t use that card because I spent most of it at a local cafe shop.
So now I’m thinking of getting my pay pal working when I next time have the money ( I’d like to make this donation out of a great gratitude I have for a great series).
I first picked up GD when I was in a comic shop in Augusta, Georgia. Issue 177, it was, and from then on, I have been hooked. I shared the series with friends of mine, and they turned into fans as well. I cherish this series, and the characters that, within a few short months, have become dear, dear friends to me, giving me laughs in my recent dark times. Thank you, Fred, Gina, Brit, Bri, Peebos, and the rest. Here’s to another 200 and more.
I first read gold digger by accidentally stumbled upon some random link in an online forum, and i’m glad i did because this series is amazing. in 2003 i have to move out of the country and lost all my collection, 10 years later i found this site …. gratitude alone is not enough to describe how i feel.
Thank you Mr.Perry
When will issue 200 be brought out in pdf. Format?
I was a GD collector when I could purchase comics, but its coming up three years since I can due to not being able to find a steady job.
I thank you for this. Now I can read the complete series, and be up to date on things as I try to write and submit a GD story of my own….
I just wanted to say thanks for putting these up. I know I’m echoing the sentiments of many, but coming from someone serving in the US military, currently deployed, you’ve given me a great way to pass the time over here as things get busy!
I was reading the comic way back when…when it was black and white. Then color came out and my local comic book store sporadically carried it. Then they stopped carrying it altogether. So I’ve got some reading to do to catch-up!
i love the fact that these issue’s are here, it help’s my friend’s get to the issue’s that we can’t back order.
i do have a question: will the archive be updated with the new issue’s(#200 and above) at some point later or will this be it?
Just wondering do you plan to update the site with the 200 and above comics?
